- Prices
- Included: Vehicle, driver, hotel accommodation, meals (unless stated otherwise), park fees, guide fees, activities in conservation areas, government taxes, and entrance fees (unless specified).
- Not Included: International flights, visas, personal insurance, drinks, tips, laundry, or personal expenses.
- Payment
- A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid 30 days before departure to avoid cancellations by hotels or service providers.
- Your booking is confirmed once we issue a confirmation voucher, receipt, or email, and the payment is received in our account.
- Gorilla Trekking: Gorilla permits must be paid 2 months in advance (unless availability is confirmed for short notice). Permits are subject to availability.
- Cancellation Policy
- 30+ Days Before Departure: Non-refundable amounts (e.g., permits, bookings) + bank/transfer fees will be deducted. The remaining balance will be refunded.
- 10 Days Before Departure: 10% surcharge + non-refundable amounts (e.g., permits, bookings) + bank/transfer fees will be deducted. The remaining balance will be refunded.
- Itinerary Changes
- By You: Changes can be made, but they may affect the price. We’ll inform you of any adjustments.
- By Us: We may make minor changes to the itinerary before or after confirmation. If significant changes are needed, we’ll offer a suitable alternative or provide a refund if applicable.
- Health and Safety
- Medical Requirements: Clients are responsible for ensuring they meet all health requirements (e.g., vaccinations, fitness levels) for the destinations visited. We recommend consulting a healthcare professional before travel.
- Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and personal belongings.
- Safety: Clients must follow all safety instructions provided by guides, drivers, or staff during the tour. Failure to do so may result in exclusion from activities without refund.
- Responsibility and Liability
- Limitation of Liability: Limitless Tours and Travels is not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or delay caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or transportation delays.
- Force Majeure: In cases of unforeseen events (e.g., pandemics, natural disasters, or government restrictions), we reserve the right to modify or cancel itineraries. Refunds will be provided based on recoverable costs.
- Special Requests
- Dietary/Medical Needs: Please inform us of any dietary restrictions, medical conditions, or special requirements at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate these but cannot guarantee all requests.
- Room Preferences: Room types (e.g., single, double, twin) are restricted to what was costed and booked. Any requests for change should be communicated.
- Children and Age Restrictions
- Child Rates: Discounted rates may apply for children under a specified age (e.g., 12 years). Please confirm eligibility at the time of booking.
- Age Limits: Some activities (e.g., gorilla trekking, chimpanzee tracking, adventure activities like Bungee jumping, Rafting, Ziplining etc) may have minimum age requirements for safety reasons.
- Complaints and Feedback
- During the Tour: Any issues or complaints should be reported immediately to your guide or our office so we can resolve them promptly.
- Post-Tour Feedback: We value your feedback! Please share your experience with us after the tour to help us improve our services.
- Environmental and Cultural Responsibility
- Sustainability: We encourage responsible tourism practices. Please respect local cultures, wildlife, and environments. Avoid littering and follow guidelines in conservation areas.
- Travel Documents
- Valid Passports: Clients must ensure their passports are valid for at least 6 months beyond the travel dates and have sufficient blank pages for visas.
- Visa Requirements: Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary visas. We can provide guidance but are not responsible for visa denials or delays.
- Group Tours
- Minimum Participants: Some tours require a minimum number of participants. If this number is not met, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the tour, with the option of a full refund or alternative arrangements.
- Group Dynamics: For group tours, clients are expected to respect fellow travellers and adhere to the agreed itinerary to ensure a smooth experience for all.
- Photography and Media
- Photos/Videos: We may take photos or videos during the tour for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be included, please inform us in writing before the tour.
- Client Media: Clients are welcome to take personal photos/videos but must respect local customs and privacy laws.
- Dispute Resolution
- Amicable Resolution: In case of disputes, we aim to resolve issues amicably through direct communication.
- Jurisdiction: Any legal disputes will be governed by the laws of Uganda, and parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of its courts.
- Booking Amendments
- Name Changes: Name changes on bookings may incur administrative fees.
- Date Changes: Date changes are subject to availability and may result in additional costs (e.g., permit fees, accommodation adjustments).
- Early Bird and Last-Minute Discounts
- Early Bird: Discounts may apply for bookings made well in advance (e.g., 6+ months before departure).
- Last-Minute: Special rates may be available for last-minute bookings, subject to availability.
